Emulsifier

Our emulsifier is food grade and is used to bind the fat, meat and water into one. A good sausage that has a quality emulsifier in the mix will allow your sausage to grow whilst being cooked, grilled or fried rather than splitting or losing its shape and size.  Using our SPM Phosphate Emulsifier will guarantee you the perfect sausage without having to prick them.
