Delivery Details

Standard Orders of up to and including 10kg will be processed automatically by our Online Shopping Cart and delivery will be made by courier. You may be required to sign for delivery, so please provide an address where the goods can be signed for e.g. a work address.

If no one is available to sign for the goods they may be re-directed to the closest post office or depot. The parcel will then need to be collected from there.

For orders placed before 10am (NZ time) delivery will be made the next working day for the greater Auckland region. Please allow 48 hours for delivery to all other major towns and cities.

Orders requiring urgent delivery may incur a surcharge. Deliveries to the more rural locations may take longer, please allow for this when placing your order. When using our online checkout you can select Standard Courier or Urgent Courier.

Please be aware that our courier company does not pick up on weekends or New Zealand public holidays.

Bulk Orders, ie  more than10kg  of non unit packs may be processed manually because the delivery method and cost varies with each order. Therefore please contact us to ascertain the rate for delivery.


Delivery Costs

Our online ordering system will calculate the total delivery charge. For orders of more than one item extra costs may apply, especially for bulky items.

On some Bulk orders we can arrange a discount on delivery for you, make sure you contact us to find out what the deal of the day is.

For orders for the whole of New Zealand under 2kg, the courier charge is $10. After 2kg the following rates apply:

  • North Island
$24 1-2 working days
  • South Island

2-4 working days

 

  • Orders must be placed prior to 10.00am (NZ time) for same day/overnight delivery.
  • Please add 1-3 days for all rural deliveries

 


Delivery Days

Deliveries are Monday to Friday in the main centres and in rural areas and small towns.


Delivery Timeframe

We will endeavour to have your products couriered within the requested timeframe.

It is important to allow sufficient time for delivery. We sub-contract our courier service therefore delivery timeframes are beyond our control.

Please ensure that you provide accurate delivery information as we assume no liability for misdelivery if incomplete or incorrect details have been provided. You may be charged a re-direction fee if the submitted address provided by you is incorrect or incomplete.

Ensure you inspect all packages for damage before you sign for them as insurance is not available after packages have been signed for.

Please contact us without delay if an order has not been delivered as requested.
