Gold Medal English Cumberland Pork Seasoning 300 Gram

This sausage spice flavour is from the Old England and goes back some 500 years as one of the old English spicy sausages.

This is a must try for the beginner or for the home-sick Englishman!
To make this unique sausage:
Coarse mince once only through a 5 or 6mm plate lean boned out Pork 4 quarter.

Add spice mix then chilled water.

Fill into hog casing and present as a "Round" to the traditional market or hand-link for the kiwi market.

To Cook: Fry gently or precook in warm water.

2Kg Pork Back Fat Minced (once only)
1.5Ltrs Chilled water
300gms Spice Mix
