How to make homemade meatballs

80 grams hamburger pattie mix (buy now)

1kg meat - preferably beef minced once

100mls water chilled (approx)


Add pattie mix to meat, mix then add water and mix until water mixed thoroughly.

For best results refrigerate overnight.

This mix you can use this as required for meatballs, hamburgers or rissoles up to 3 days as required.
